Role: Night Retail Operations Manager
Salary: £30,000/£34,000 + 15% Night Bonus Allowance & 12% Management Bonus
Location: London Heathrow
Schedule: 3 on 3 off - 18:00 - 06:00 - 38.5 Hrs Per Week

As the Retail Operations Manager, your foremost responsibility is to spearhead a team to execute cost-effective replenishment and administrative procedures within the retail outlets. Your core duty centers on overseeing administrative and replenishment functions, with a keen focus on enhancing stock turnover and contributing to meeting predetermined sales and cost objectives. In addition, your pivotal role extends to providing guidance, coaching, and embodying exemplary behaviors and operational benchmarks to uphold a standard of excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Empowerment and Development:
- Foster the full potential of the team and individual members through continuous coaching and personalized development plans.
- Implement strategies to enhance team performance and skill development.

2. Leadership and Role Modelling:
- Serve as a role model to motivate the team to consistently deliver world-class service and uphold exceptional standards.

3. Operational Management:
- Collaborate as a key member of the management team to facilitate the seamless daily operations of the retail function.
- Oversee replenishment and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
