Night Duty Manager

Hyperion Partners are recruiting for a Night Duty Manager to work in a luxury residential development in central London.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, ensuring top-notch customer service and motivating team success.
• Support employee development and maintain positive relationships with staff, residents, and guests.
• Follow health and safety policies, proactively addressing risks.
• Handle day-to-day resident and guest inquiries and decisions in the absence of the Development Manager.
• Oversee security and conduct inspections as needed.
• Assist with onsite duties and provide excellent concierge services.
• Conduct health and safety inspections for a safe workplace.

Qualifications:

• Experience of working as a Head Concierge/Duty Manager in a luxury residential environment
• Ability to supervise/manage a team
