Our Client are currently looking for a Night Concierge/Porter to join their team at a luxury residential development based in North West London.

Working 40 hours per week, Saturday to Wednesday with the hours of 11pm - 7am.

Salary is £24,232 annually.

The Role:

The Porter will be the first point of contact for residents and guests arriving at the residences. They will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests, it will be their duty to create memorable experiences for the residents. They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.

They will greet residents and their guests upon arrival, manage all calls and emails to the desk and manage all residential deliveries. They will assist with ad-hoc resident requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theatre bookings and dry-cleaning requests.

No regular cleaning or bin duties required, however, we require helpful and outgoing staff who understand that maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the lobby and entrance outside of the cleaners working hours is required (ie. Being willing to assist in cleaning any spillages if needed)

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years hospitality experience within a similar front of house role

* Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills, with an understanding of H&S and security operations

* Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'
