We are currently seeking a professional Night Concierge to work on a residential development based in the City of London. As the Night Concierge you will be providing excellent customer service to residents of the block and ensuring the premises is secure at all times.

Hours: 4on 4off rota, 7pm to 7am shifts

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Duties:

  • Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Provide a presence in the building and in the main reception area.
  • Dealing with all resident's requests and complaints efficiently.
  • Routine patrols of the premises.
  • Recording any health and safety issues & notifying management.
  • Assisting contractors when required.
  • Key handling.
  • Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting, or taking messages as required.
  • Accurate parcel handling and recording.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Residential or 5* Hotels.
  • Reliable and timekeeping.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the highest level of customer service.
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
