Evolve is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity with a leading pharmaceutical organisation. We are recruiting for an experienced NHS Sales Manager to join their esteemed team. As the NHS Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success within the organisation.

Ideal requirements for the NHS Sales Manager role.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a 2nd line leader in pharmaceutical sales in the NHS.
  • You have significant experience and a strong understanding of Payer, Secondary Care and Primary Care dynamics
  • A degree in business or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and growing key brands, with a focus on turning trends and achieving above-average growth rates.
  • A track record of building a high performing business unit that have delivered sustained success in a competitive market.
  • Experience in implementing and embedding sales force effectiveness models

Role Responsibilities for the NHS Sales Manager role.

  • Take charge of their sales unit, providing strategic direction and leadership on execution to achieve sales targets and market growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of our business within the NHS, including building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring compliance with NHS regulations.
