Job Position - Personal Assistant (NHS)

Duration: 6 months +

Hours: 37.5 - Flexible (min 30 hours)

There is an option for a compressed week or part time!

Hybrid Working up to 2 days a week.

Main Duties:

  • To provide comprehensive personal assistant support/secretarial duties.
  • Demonstrating strong pro activity and the ability to anticipate needs and requirements
  • To deal with telephone enquiries and relay messages prioritising and taking action where appropriate
  • To collate, understand and interpret complex information and present the information in an understandable way
  • Liaise confidently with staff and colleagues and a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Personal Assistant or equivalent secretarial experience.
  • Complex diary management and organisational skills, ensuring duties are dealt with timely and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills. Experience in Microsoft programmes.
