NHS Domestic Assistant

My client, a local NHS Trust based in Liverpool, is currently looking for PART TIME Domestic Assistants to start work immediately. The position would be a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate!


The post holder will be required to work as part of a team providing high standards of cleanliness in all areas throughout the hospital, following appropriate cleaning procedures.

  • You will be required to use chemicals and handle cleaning equipment responsibly, and within health and safety guidelines.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining patient, staff and public safety through appropriate use of warning signage whilst cleaning.
  • You are required to work on your own or as part of a team to deliver services as directed by policies, procedures and national standards which are monitored by supervisory staff.
  • You will need to have a friendly and helpful manner and have a sensitive approach when engaging with patients and their families.
  • We are looking for candidates who have good communication skills and have a caring attitude.


Rate: £10.42ph Mon-Fri
Hours: Part time - Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm / 5pm-8pm - these hours are non negotiable
Role: Immediate start, subject to passing a DBS check
