Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implementing effective assessment strategies to track student progress.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative teaching approaches.
- Providing constructive feedback and support to students to foster their academic and personal growth.
- Participating in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive and proactive approach to professional development.
- Previous experience working with secondary school students is desirable but not essential.
- Focus and drive to impact the education and training of a diverse student base.
