Probate Lawyer

TSR Legal are please to be working with a multi-service law firm who are looking for an experienced Probate Lawyer. This role is open to solicitors, legal executives, or non-qualified probate clerks with solid experience and the ability to handle probate matters independently. While experience in wills, LPAs, and trusts is beneficial, it is not required for this position.

If you are a confident, well-presented, well-organised, friendly, and approachable probate lawyer with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess At least 3 years of probate experience. Experience in will writing and lasting powers of attorney is not essential but advantageous. While knowledge of trusts, inheritance tax, and family wealth is not mandatory, candidates with experience in these areas or a willingness to learn will be considered.

The workload for this position primarily consists of probate (approximately 90%) with some involvement in wills and LPAs. However, other team members can handle wills and LPAs if necessary. They are also expanding our trusts, inheritance tax, and family wealth planning services for clients locally and nationwide. While experience in these areas is beneficial, training will be provided to the right candidate.

If you think you have the experience and skillset to excel in this role, please apply below or directly to Hannah Williams at TSR Legal.
