In response to growing demand from our clients across critical data disciplines; our opportunities include:

Business Analysts; at this stage we are looking to offer short-term contract opportunities, with the possibility of evolving into longer-term permanent roles.

 As a Business Analyst in our team you can expect to:

•            Stakeholder engagement, acting as the pivotal connection between the business and development teams

•            Assess the as-is, possess the qualities to both document and replay findings to both technical and non-technical individuals, capturing the audience and addressing business need

•            Ability to disseminate business requirements into technical vision, navigating technology, people and process, understanding the importance of each.

•            Possess the vision to breakdown technical requirements into manageable tasks, using tools such as Jira, Asana etc

•            Enjoy hands on data profiling, such as deploying the use of core SQL skills in order to establish the quality and or availability of the data at hand.

•            Work collaboratively, with the Intuita Solution Lead along with client teams to develop the most effective solution to meet our client needs.

•            Ability to present insight through simple yet elegant artifacts, these insights will continue to drive the evolution of the data assets, expose key use cases, or uncover new opportunities for value.

•            Demonstrate a strong sense of curiosity, with a deep need to delve further, understand the heart of the problem statement, and consistently uncover opportunities for improvement.

•            Fostering a culture of teamwork and unity throughout the delivery, cultivating the team and using their skillsets effectively in order to exceed project objectives and expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Use knowledge of tools, systems and technology to refine proposed solutions and ensure they meet the needs of our clients
  • Work with agility to provide input into user stories in order to drive detailed understanding of the value creation and business need, assist with prioritisation in line with business criticality, development of product backlogs to ensure features are prioritised correctly and meet the original needs of the client
  • Work closely with clients and project teams to ensure data assets are actively adopted by end users to maximise client value and drive business activation

Required Characteristics

  • Proactive, dynamic, and driven by delivering quality work, with a great eye for detail
  • High level of curiosity to understand a business and the way in which it operates and a willingness to challenge the norm in an effective and empathic way
  • An exceptional communicator who can make sense of and communicate complex ideas at all levels
  • Ability to quickly understand client context and demonstrate expertise in their business
  • A relationship builder, with the ability to motivate and engage effectively to build trust with clients & colleagues

Desirable Tools, Systems & Platforms

Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucid, PowerPoint, SQL, Cloud Platform knowledge (such as GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake)
