Do you have a minimum of 3 years case administrator experience of managing a varied case load in an insolvency/restructuring & recovery practice?

Are you competent in using MS Office applications & have a sound working knowledge of IPS as well as being degree educated with a good academic record?

We currently have a new opportunity to join an independent, ten Partner practice, specialising in Corporate Recovery, Accountancy and Wealth Management who have been established in Sutton, Surrey for over 35 years and have an office in West Byfleet.

As licensed Insolvency Practitioners, the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency Division of pour client promotes a rescue culture and encourages those facing difficulties to seek early advice. Their Insolvency Team is a mixture of qualified and nonqualified.

This highly professional and successful firm are looking for an Insolvency Associate, a candidate who has managed their own high volume portfolio of cases from appointment to closure to include a variety of corporate work in order to carry out the following key tasks:-

Maintain fully accurate case files, ensuring they meet with statutory requirements.

Preparing reports to creditors and attending meetings.

Statutory reporting.

Instructing other professionals.

Communicate with a range of stakeholders, creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors and other

If you have a minimum of 3 year’s case administrator experience & proven success managing a varied case load in an insolvency/restructuring and recovery practice then we would like to hear from you. In addition you will have strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrable attention to detail & a proactive approach to work, prepared to go the extra mile to achieve the right results.
