Collins Property Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a market leading independent Estate Agency brand across South-West London. They are at a pinnacle stage of growth and are now seeking a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team.

This rare opportunity would suit an individual who has been working in new homes with minimum of 6 months experience and who wants to join a market leading high-end brand with an excellent training and career progression programme.

Your responsibilities as a New Homes Sales Negotiator will include the following:

  • Liaising with applicants and developers.
  • Working in a dynamic team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Conducting viewings and negotiating offers.
  • Delivering a high level of customer service.

The New Homes Sales Negotiator will be rewarded with the following:

  • Competitive basic salary.
  • 5-6 month competitive guarantee.
  • Scaling commission structure.
  • Year one OTE £50,000+.
  • Company car or car allowance.

Required skills for the New Homes Sales Negotiator position:

  • A full clean driving license.
  • Experience working in New Homes.
  • Experience working as part of a team to achieve business goals.
  • Ambitious and tenacious personality.
  • An excellent communicator.
