My client is a leading developer dedicated to crafting exceptional homes and creating communities that inspire and enrich lives.

They are seeking a motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to showcase their portfolio of new homes, provide exceptional service, and guide clients through the buying process.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs.
  • Showcase model homes, explain features, and assist with paperwork.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for effective strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within New Homes sales is essential
  • Experience selling off plan
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and ability to close sales
