They are seeking a motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to showcase their portfolio of new homes, provide exceptional service, and guide clients through the buying process.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs.
- Showcase model homes, explain features, and assist with paperwork.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for effective strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience working within New Homes sales is essential
- Experience selling off plan
- Strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation and ability to close sales
