Are you an experienced and dynamic New Homes professional looking for a rewarding opportunity working for an established developer? My client is seeking a talented New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team and drive the success of their residential projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Showcase our portfolio of new homes to prospective buyers.
  • Provide personalised guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in new home sales.
  • Ability to confidently sell off plan.
  • Experience selling to investors and an international market.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Extensive technology experience.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools preferred.
