Our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years’ post-qualification experience to join the established employment team in Cardiff on a hybrid basis. The Employment team represents a diverse client base, ranging from small to medium businesses to large corporate organisations, providing comprehensive guidance on all aspects of employment law and HR best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 years’ PQE, with a keen interest in an employment law, gained from either a regional or city law firm.

The role would suit a technically proficient employment lawyer eager to assume responsibility, engage directly with clients, and address a wide array of issues primarily from an employer perspective. This role is particularly suited for individuals seeking a modern approach to client support, offering consultative employment/HR advice, and an opportunity to contribute to the growth and advancement of the department.
