An award winning Legal 500 reputable law firm serving the Farnborough community, are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their growing Residential Department.

As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing team in delivering high-quality legal services to their clients. You will work closely with experienced conveyancing professionals, providing administrative and clerical assistance throughout the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the preparation and drafting of legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Managing and organising case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties
  • Handling general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Assisting solicitors and conveyancers in any other tasks related to conveyancing transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a legal assistant role, particularly in conveyancing, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
