Property Legal Assistant - Pontypridd outskirts

TSR Legal are currently partnering with a well regarded law firm who provide a range of service to local clients and businesses. Due to significant growth our client is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Assistant to assist the conveyancing team with a broad range of residential property transactions to be based from their offices in the outskirts of Pontypridd.

As a Property Legal Support Assistant you will:

  • Provide direct support to the conveyancing fee earners
  • Opening and closing files.
  • Drafting legal documents.
  • Ordering searches.
  • Raising enquiries.
  • Typing and administration duties

The Successful Person:

We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years' experience working within a conveyancing department. It is also essential to have experience working in a busy environment where you are able to prioritise workloads, have excellent organisational and communication skills. Although you do not need to have experience running your own caseload, it is essential that you have knowledge of the whole conveyancing process.
