We are searching for a qualified and experienced solicitor to join a respected and successful firm, who are looking to add to their team with an experienced property solicitor. This is a great chance to join a business that is passionate about providing high-quality legal services to their clients and so excellent client-facing skills and the ability to effectively manage a busy workload are essential.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in both commercial and residential property and will be capable of managing a range of property matters from start to finish. You'll need to be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the legal processes involved in property transactions and be able to provide advice and support to clients on a range of issues.

The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. You'll need to be able to build long-term relationships with clients by providing up-to-date legal advice and support. In addition, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge of all relevant legislation and be able to confidently draft and review legal documents.

You'll also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to take on responsibility for a range of tasks. You must have experience of dealing with a variety of legal matters and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
