Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well-established Financial Services provider in the Epsom area, who are seeking a New Business Representative to join their team.

The New Business team are the first point of contact for prospective customers and intermediaries who make enquiries about products and services.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Responding to enquiries from customers, intermediaries and other third parties
  • Talking through the company’s products and services
  • Providing information about various products to customers
  • Proactively following up enquiries made through marketing activities or the company website
  • Converting leads
  • Maintaining accurate customer records

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), with minimum 5 grade A-C to include Maths and English
  • Some Financial Services experience would be beneficial; this could be from a bank, building society or other financial organisation, otherwise experience within a customer focused environment with telephone based experience will also be considered
  • Proactive and motivated with the ability to multi-task
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
