NEW BUILD MORTGAGE MANAGER

Newcastle / North East

Hybrid - will include some weekend work

£40,000 - £50,000 + Bonuses - Realistic OTE £80,000+

An award winning Mortgage And Insurance Broker with offices across the UK has an exciting opportunity for a New Build Mortgage Sales Manager.

The firm is expanding it's New Build offering and Mortgage Advice team at it's Newcastle / North East offices and is looking for an experienced New Build Mortgage Manager as part of this expansion.

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a New Build Mortgage broker, you will have team leader or supervisory experience and you will be used to managing the relationships between the Broker and the Developers. You will also be expected to build and expand on existing relationships and create new ones with New House Builders and Developers.

You will benefit from the support of the Directors and administration teams. There will be some weekend work and the role will be hybrid, a mix of home and office working.

In return you will receive a salary of between £40,000 and £50,000, plus bonuses and benefits package which add up to a very realistic On Target Income of £80,000+.
