New Build Mortgage Advisor

We are looking for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor to provide high quality mortgage advice to our clients purchasing new build homes. You must be hardworking, flexible, an excellent communicator and willing to go that extra mile to provide a 5-star service to our clients.

Working with National Builders throughout the UK. You must be able to work flexible hours including weekends to meet the requirements of clients and builders.

The New Build Mortgage Advisor Role

Mortgage Advisor, you'll be provided with an abundance of leads, and offer fee free advice, guiding clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage loans tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

Your role will involve assessing clients' eligibility, researching mortgage options, offering sound advice, and facilitating the application and approval process, as support, you will have a dedicated client relationship manager to assist you with your administration, allowing you more time to focus on providing outstanding customer service to your clients.

The New Build Mortgage Advisor Package

• Employed: £30k
• Commission: £10.5k Validation then 40%
• OTE £70k
• Administrative support - Dedicated Client relationship manager
• All leads Provided - No self generation required

New Build Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience

• Have sound knowledge and understanding on new build related processes and schemes
• Have a minimum of 2 years face to face mortgage experience.
• Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage sector.
• Available to work evenings and weekends & bank holidays to offer customers appointments to suit their needs.
• Support our New Build partners at weekend sales events where required.
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards.
• Be CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
