Are you a Conveyancing New Business Assistant or Sales Negotiator/Estate Agent looking for a new position in Solihull? If so, this established law firm is looking to grow its conveyancing department with an additional new business legal assistant. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to get their foot in the door with a busy and expanding conveyancing team. 

The Role: 

This particular law firm can offer you a supportive and close-knit office environment where you will work alongside the firm’s conveyancing department dealing with all the new conveyancing business for the firms Birmingham office. Your key duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Dealing with all calls from direct clients and providing them with quotes and effectively turn calls into instructions
  • Assisting conveyancers where needed on a daily basis
  • Assisting with Land Registry applications and archiving/closing files
  • Providing key administrative support to the team

About you:  

To be considered for this conveyancing new business assistant role based in Birmingham you must have at least 6 months’ experience working in a similar role or working as an estate agent/sales negotiator, be generally concerned with attracting new business and helping the firm grow, be an upbeat and enthusiastic individual with a confident attitude.
