We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Security Consultant to join our client's dynamic team. As a Network Security Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect our clients' networks from cyber threats. You will work closely with clients to assess their security needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support to mitigate risks and enhance overall security posture.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' network security architecture and infrastructure.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Design and implement security solutions, leveraging Cisco technologies such as Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices for network security, with a focus on Cisco solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures into clients' networks.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity threats and technologies, including Cisco updates, and recommend proactive measures to address emerging risks.
  • Provide training and support to clients' IT teams to enhance their understanding of network security principles and Cisco technologies.

Requirements:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in network security assessment, design, and implementation, with a strong understanding of Cisco technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, firewall technologies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption techniques.
  • Experience working with Cisco products, including Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, and Cisco ISE.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address security vulnerabilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity, particularly those related to Cisco technologies.
