Network Engineers: Permanent: Remote working with occasional London Head Office visit

This role will be within a team of IT infrastructure engineers providing user third line technical escalation for operational incidents as well as be involved from small to large size IT infrastructure projects as a network engineer.

This role will need an experience where the candidate has managed an enterprise size network before and possesses a high level of technical knowledge, providing insight into customer server infrastructure.

Skills and Experience

Excellent server troubleshooting skills are critical to the role.

Possess a solid understanding of general networking technologies and protocols.

Experience with Cisco SD-WAN, L3, L2 switches, and WIFI access points.

Experience with Palo Alto Firewall.

Good documentation skills are required.

Good skills of Computer network security.

Project management skill is an advantage.

Skills in Networking technologies and protocols are beneficial to the role.

Experience of a fast-paced helpdesk environment is required for this role.

Extensive experience of server support, design and implementation.

Experience of a multi-site networked IT environment is required.

Extensive experience in Server / Network Security.

Implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 SaaS and PaaS Technologies.

Experience with cloud services (particularly, AWS, Azure, and GCP).

Azure Active Directory and Federation services.

SAN Storage and Server Experience.

Basic networking experience including SD-WAN
