Avanti Recruitment is working with a Software Company based in Victoria who is on the market for a number of .NET Developers. They have created a market-leading web-based management solution platform, the results of the platform have been a huge success which has resulted in the rapid expansion of the development team.

They provide several cloud-based services to the property industry which cover everything from managing their client’s workload to building inspections all the way through to invoice processing. The business has been going for over 15 years now and they have further plans to expand the team this year. You will be working on new projects as well as existing systems and adding new features so your work will always have variety.

They are looking for .NET Developers with a very strong C# and SQL background with cloud exposure, they have high coding standards and follow SOLID principles and unit-testing, they have also moved into .NET6 and are using Blazor extensively, exposure to Blazor isn’t a must-have as they can help with training. You will need to have previous experience working on large-scale, complex applications with strong team collaboration.

They have a fun culture and relaxed working environment which is proven to produce results, they are happy with fully remote-working, it’s completely up to you with that being fully remote or part office-based, it’s down to what you prefer.

The company is based in central London with remote-working available around you, they are also planning on having team meets 1 day per month.

On offer is a basic salary of £75,000-£90,000 plus benefits that include:
