What we’re looking for

  • You 'll be able to work independently, managing your own workload effectively to deliver operational plans and working with other inhouse teams and external partners as required.

  • You’ll be experienced in tenancy and housing management legislation and be able to work in challenging customer facing situations, which require good communication skills, diplomacy and excellent customer service resolution and negotiation skills.
