Job Title: National Sales Manager (Asset Finance)

Position Overview:

Our client are seeking a motivated and results-driven Asset Finance Business Development Manager to expand their client base and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting their range of Asset Finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business opportunities in the asset finance sector.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of asset finance solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the asset finance industry.
  • Strong understanding of asset finance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
