National HR Adviser

Salary: £32k

Hours: Part Time 25-30 hours

We are expanding our HR operational support to SMEs and have an exciting opportunity to take on another member for our team to enable us to offer both expert advice and comprehensive support to our valued clients.

We are a professional and high-quality human resources consultancy that provides outsourced operational support to SMEs, Strategic Consultancy and Workforce Transformation for larger companies across all industries and sectors.

We are looking for an experienced and confident HR Adviser. You will have a positive outlook and professional manner, to demonstrate the necessary skills, experience, confidence and ability to guide our clients on key human resources processes across the wide spectrum of generalist ER from sickness, discipline and grievance, redundancies, change, TUPE, contracts and handbooks. Knowledge of Settlement Agreements is desirable, but not essential.

You will be a natural project manager who can self-manage and prioritise. You will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines being flexible in your approach. You will be inquisitive, driven and an excellent communicator, you will need to instil confidence and demonstrate gravitas immediately, identifying appropriately risk-assessed solutions for client challenges and provide exceptionally high standards of customer service.

In addition, we would expect you to contribute to our sales and marketing strategies and campaigns and be happy to get involved in other projects and administration where required.

Previous experience in human resources management is essential. Ideally you will possess relevant experience across a range of sectors and industries - but having the right attitude and behaviours, demonstrating gravitas and understanding the law and its practical application is more important to us than the wider experience.

You should be qualified to a Level 7 or be near to completing your CIPD human resources qualification, or you will have sufficient training/experience evidenced in human resources practice.

Occasional travel may be required where you are responsible for delivering services on client sites. You will therefore need a full driving licence and your own vehicle.
