If so, we’d love to hear from you as our client is looking to recruit a National Account Manager to join their FMCG business based in Essex in a role that is 4 days a week in the office or with retailers, and 1 days working from home. That’s right, we’re going old school, back to office working, to collaboration, teamwork and building really strong foundations for continued success.
 
Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will be joining this entrepreneurial business that has phenomenal growth plans for the future and you will play an integral part in driving this growth. With products currently in the top
multiples, growth will also come from expanding current listings with existing accounts as well as working with new grocery accounts in the UK. As a National Account Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility, setting the commercial strategy for your accounts whilst working with Marketing to drive brand awareness and ultimately, growth in the category and your career!
 
What will make you a successful National Account Manager? 
  • Previous experience in managing grocery accounts within the FMCG sector, ideally food or drink
  • A strong communicator, a natural influencer and highly driven to establish and maintain collaborative relationships
  • You must be commercially savvy and have previous experience working with full P&L responsibility
  • You must love what you do and we will want to see this passion throughout the interview process as well.
