We are seeking a Dedicated Music Teacher!

Are you passionate about music education and inspiring young minds? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join an outstanding secondary school on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students in Key Stage 3, 4, and 5, helping them explore and develop their musical talents.

Position: Music Teacher School Level: Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging music lessons tailored to the needs of Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students.
  • Inspire students to explore different genres, instruments, and musical techniques.
  • Develop students' musical skills, knowledge, and appreciation through a well-rounded curriculum.
  • Prepare students for performances, assessments, and examinations.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular music activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching music at secondary school level, ideally across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for music education.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
