Are you a qualified Music teacher or Music specialist looking for work in a Secondary School in Maidenhead?

Academics LTD are working with a fantastic Secondary School in the Maidenhead area who are looking to appoint a Music Teacher from April 2024. We are looking for a Teacher who is passionate about their subject and is a great practitioner with high expectations and good classroom management. This is a temporary position running until the 5th June 2024.

The School are looking for a Music Teacher who:

  • Has a desire and passion to make a real difference to the lives and life-chances of our students.
  • Can plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive Music lessons to students of all abilities
  • Can demonstrate excellent organisational and inter-personal skills and the ability to contribute to a team, has clear vision, energy and commitment to all aspects of school life

Music Teacher Requirements:

  • QTS is preferred, but not essential
  • KS3-4 Essential, with additional KS5 teaching beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of the Music curriculum and teaching techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
