A large national FM and maintenance company is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias/Mechanical Bias) to be based at a large site in Central London. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working Monday to Friday.

Benefits include:

  • £45k per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
  • 25 days holiday entitlement + 8 days bank holidays

Job role:

  • Emergency light testing
  • Fire alarm testing
  • Fire door inspections
  • Mechanical HVAC maintenance - PPMs & Reactive works
  • Electrical Maintenance - PPMs & Reactive works
  • Plumbing Maintenance - PPMs & Reactive
  • General building fabric maintenance
  • Carry out minor installation works
  • Ensure compliance with corporate H&S regulations
  • Providing regular feedback/communicating with clients and contractors

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical/Plumbing & Heating studies
  • 17th or 18th Edition
  • C&G or NVQ level 3 (Level 2 if really strong technically)
  • Prior building services maintenance experience
