Multidrop Van Driver

Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Van Driver to join their client based in Sittingbourne, Kent on a Temp to Perm position.

The role entails:

• Completing approximately 30 to 40 deliveries per day around Kent and surrounding areas
• Some heavy lifting will be involved
• Use of a PDA device
• Daily vehicle safety checks
• Loading/ unloading of your vehicle

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous multi drop experience is essential (2 Years minimum)
• A full driving licence with a maximum of 6 points (minor offences only)
• IT skills are required for the bespoke technology
• Good roadcraft and geographical knowledge
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Prior to commencing this role our client requires to conduct an interview and the successful candidate will undergo a DBS check within the probationary period.

The hours of the role are Monday to Friday working between 06:00am – 6:00pm (No Bank Holiday or Weekend work)

The rate of pay for this position is £12.05 per hour + holiday pay.
