Location: Havant and the surrounding area
Salary up to £37,000 per annum
Temp to Perm
Working Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm

We are looking for a Multi-Trader to join the team. The ideal candidate will have not only their main trade as a Carpenter but will also have proven experience undertaking a variety of jobs in a reactive maintenance environment.

Responsibilities and Duties, reporting to the Supervisor, your duties will include but not limited to:

Multi Trade duties:

  • Undertaking all aspects of repairs/maintenance work (given your skill set) to the required quality standards.
  • Assessing the work requirements when you get to site.
  • Communicating with the Call Centre in an accurate and timely manner via telephone to gain each job and to update the service co-ordinators with the work you believe is required and what you have subsequently undertaken.
  • Ensuring that you follow the Company's safe working practices and safety procedures at all times

    The ideal candidate will have/be:

    * Previous experience
    * Strong interpersonal skills
    * Ability to work under pressure
    * A full UK driving licence
    * Needs to be good with working at heights, either ladders or scaffold


Predominantly you will be working on your own and also be willing to assist other trades as and when required.
