Our Client is a building maintenance company who look after a Social Housing contract. They require a Multi Trader -to carry out plumbing/carpentry/ building fabric & occasionally other basic trades, including tiling & plastering.

You will need to be competent & happy to do all multi trade skills, including a knowledge of the below;

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Plastering

The post holder will undertake repairs and maintenance work in both occupied domestic properties and voids.
The successful Multi Skilled will be working from a from a PDA system where jobs will be allocated on a Reactive basis.
Ensure completed works are done to a high standard and reported back to site management.
Liaising with Tenants/ Residents
