Salary - £36,000 plus Company Van and Fuel Card.

Are you a qualified, and experienced Tradesman? Do you have experience working in Social Housing along with the drive to further your career in a rewarding new position? If so, we may be able to help you!

Here at Howells, we are working with a leading UK Social Housing Contractor to recruit a skilled and efficient Multi Trader to join their team in Westminster area working in occupied, and void properties. Ideally, we are looking for a tradesman who has social housing or domestic repairs/maintenance experience. Trade Qualification desirable.

We are looking for somebody to join as soon as possible, you will be provided with a company van and PDA.

You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believe the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the company's success.

Skills - Carpentry, Hanging doors, Changing locks, Fitting Kitchen Worktops + Window Repairs, Floor laying , Plumbing and plastering.

This is a full time role with a 40-hour working week, with optional ovetime. You will receive a competitive salary, with overtime paid additionally.
