Are you a qualified Tradesperson, looking for a local, home based role within a growing and successful organisation?

This is a great opportunity to join a company offering lots of training to develop your skillset, where you will be working on a range of projects throughout the East Midlands area.

This company are leaders within their industry, covering a range of projects throughout the UK. Due to their continued expansion and great reputation for developing their staff, they are now seeking additional support, making it a brilliant time to join the business.

This position would suit a qualified Tradesperson, with experience in a multi-trade role and ideally within the Housing / Construction industry.

The Role:

• Multi-Trade and varied role (mix between office and site)
• Carrying out maintenance within a range of properties
• Working through snag lists and providing quality checks
• Documenting identified defects
• Home based, covering the East Midlands area

The Person:

• Qualified Tradesperson
• Experience within a Multi-Trade role
• Must have experience within aftercare for Housing (preferably Social Housing)
