Are you a multi skilled maintenance engineer looking for a change in career?

Would you like to work with the next generation of multi skilled maintenance engineers in a trainer role where you wont have to work shifts or weekends anymore?

In this role you will work with apprentices around the Bodmin area to help them complete their apprenticeship. You will mentor, guide and inspire the junior engineers to help them achieve their goals of becoming a time served engineer.

The ideal candidate will be a multi skilled maintenance engineer with good mechanical and electrical skills. You will also have a keen interest in moving into a trainer role.

This is a brilliant role for a multi skilled maintenance engineer to move into a trainer role where you will play a key role in help junior engineers achieve their goals and be in a rewarding role with high job satisfaction.

The role

*Working with the next generation of multi skilled maintenance engineers.
*Helping apprentices complete their apprenticeship in multi skilled maintenance engineering
*Mentoring, coaching and inspiring.
*Travel around the local area to manufacturing facilities (Milage expensed)

The person

*Live within a commutable distance to Bodmin.
*Have experience as a multi skilled maintenance engineer
*Want to move into a trainer role
*Good mechanical skills i.e. hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors
*Have good fault fining skills on PLC's.
*Candidates will ideally have had exposure to CAM software.
