Multi-Skilled Engineer -Air Conditioning Bias

We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team in the role of a Multi Skilled Engineer with Air Con Bias. This position offers the opportunity to carry out planned and reactive maintenance in various locations, ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and services.

Job Role:

As an A/C Bias Engineer - Mobile, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting planned and reactive maintenance as directed by our OPS team.
• Maintenance tasks will encompass HVAC systems, M&E equipment (such as pumps & pressurisation units), basic electrical and plumbing works, emergency lighting testing, and tap temperature recording.
• Timely completion of maintenance tasks within specified time frames.

Applicant Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience working in a commercial environment.
• Competent working knowledge of building systems and services maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid F Gas Qualification.
• Proven experience as an A/C/refrigeration engineer with electrical and plumbing systems.
• Preferably experience in a customer-facing role.
• Well-presented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and pro actively complete tasks.
• Good understanding and application of Health and Safety standards.
