Professio Recruitment, a premier recruitment agency, is partnering with a leading provider of physiotherapy and mental health solutions who are seeking a full time qualified Physiotherapist to work on a hybrid basis. 3 days per week onsite in their Sandwell clinic, plus 2 days per week working from home.

Responsibilities:

Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, identify impairments, and establish treatment goals.

Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based techniques and modalities to optimize patient outcomes.

Therapeutic Interventions: Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance function.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for self-management to promote independence and long-term wellness.

Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor and reassess patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective rehabilitation and attainment of goals.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

Current license or registration as a physiotherapist with the appropriate regulatory body.

Experience & Knowledge:

Minimum 3 years post graduate

Demonstrated clinical experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Commitment to professional development and staying abreast of advances in physiotherapy practice and research.

Essential Requirements:

Experience in Occupational Health Physiotherapy.

High quality written management report writing ability.

Employer Benefits:

Competitive salary of £33,000 - £38,000 per annum with a comprehensive benefits package.
