MS D365 CRM Application Manager –Utrecht -€4,000 - €5,000

My client is a Utrecht-based, fast growing International Business who have 40 offices around the world and are looking for a CRM Application Manager to expand the team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting internal Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications used in Marketing, Sales and Support.

This job is about enjoying system improvements, hands on application management and driving the roadmap together with business teams. If on top of that, if you like a rapid growing company in an international diverse environment, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Aligning requirements with business owners for change requests and new processes or functionalities
  • Manage the roadmap and development, from design to deployment, together with the internal development team or external service providers
  • Functional consultancy to business teams how to best leverage and improve system usage
  • Be responsible for ongoing operations (administration & support) of the applications and interfaces

Key skills required:
  • Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power automate
  • Good English skills (both spoken and written)
  • Eagerness to find a solution and solving issues in fast and effective manner
  • Enjoying to communicate and collaborate with teams across the company
  • You like to have the freedom to take ownership and take the responsibility that this brings
