Great opportunity to join a successful family-owned business as a multi skilled Motorhome Technician in Cannock.

This is a modern facility, and you will be working on a selection of new and used motorhomes in varying sizes and specifications. Work will cover PDI checks, service and maintenance repairs to installation of new accessories such as solar panels, inverters, awnings and tow bars etc. The work is only on the habitation side of the motorhomes and not engines or drive train.

You must have 2+ years experience in the Motorhome / Carvan industry to be considered as the company require a Motorhome Technician who can get up to speed pretty quicky due to work loads.

This role will suit a Technician living in areas such as Cannock, Burntwood, Lichfield, Walsall, Penkridge, Rugeley, Stafford or the north side of Wolverhampton.   

  • Monday to Friday (8am – 4pm)
  • Overtime available with x1.5 and x2 paid for weekend work.
  • Salary £30k - £35k DOE (with OT c£40k)
  • 33 days leave including BH`s

Day to day activities of a Motorhome Technician include :

  • Carry out inspections and prepare motorhomes for sale / delivery
  • Fit accessories / optional extras
  • Diagnose and rectify issues effectively and efficiently in a high quality manner
  • Perform maintenance, services and repairs

Requirements of Motorhome Technician:

  • 2+ years experience in the Motorhome / Carvan industry
  • Knowledge of motorhome electrical systems 240v to 12v, plumbing and gas systems
  • Qualifications in LPG Gas and electrical systems would be highly advantageous
  • Fault finding / diagnostics and rectification
  • Full Driving Licence
