Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
As a Motor Vehicle Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students ranging from entry-level to a Level 3 standard. Your duties will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cover a wide range of topics in motor vehicle technology.
• Providing hands-on practical training in our well-equipped workshop facilities.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential in both academic and practical skills.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in motor vehicle mechanics, with relevant qualifications and industry experience.
• Previous experience in teaching or training, with a passion for sharing knowledge and mentoring students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of all levels.
