• Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons to learners aged 18+.
• Providing timely feedback and supporting learners’ progression.
• Managing teaching, learning, and assessment with a focus on excellence.
• Encouraging and motivating students to reach their full potential.

• A recognised teaching qualification and assessors qualification such as PTTLS, PGCE, CTTLS, AET, DTTLS, DET, or a Degree in Education.
• A Master’s Degree in the subject area is desirable.
• A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
• Experience teaching levels 3, 4, and 6 within the RQF framework to students in Higher Education.
