We are currently recruiting for an ever-growing Law firm in Liverpool. The law firm are an expert accident and housing disrepair solicitors and providers of personal injury advice, services and support.

We are looking for an experienced, qualified solicitor to join a Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

Main duties and responsibilities
As a Personal Contract Purchase Litigator, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of PCP-related legal matters. You will work closely with clients to resolve disputes and provide expert legal advice to help them navigate complex PCP issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of PCP-related cases, ensuring that all client matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Legal Representation: Represent clients in PCP-related disputes, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation when necessary.
  • Client Consultation: Provide clear and comprehensive legal advice to clients, explaining their rights and options in PCP matters.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases and support client claims.
  • Documentation Review: Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and related documents to identify any breaches or discrepancies.
  • Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with opposing parties, including financial institutions and other stakeholders, to seek favorable resolutions.
  • Court Representation: Prepare and present cases in court when litigation is required, advocating for clients' interests.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and addressing their concerns.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with consumer protection laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and provide the best legal advice to clients.
