£30,000 with realistic OTE exceeding £50,000

This is a role well suited to an experienced and quality-focused Mortgage & Protection Adviser who wants to be part of a modern and evolving, holistic Financial Services Business with a bright future and really positive work culture. To be successful in this role you will be passionate about exceeding expectations and consistently delivering great customer outcomes.

Core day to day duties will include:

• Responsibility for managing client enquiries and following up on leads promptly
• Managing the advice process end to end
• Responsibility for conducting a thorough fact find, carrying out required product research and providing a suitable recommendation
• Working with customers to explore their longer term protection needs and preferences; guiding them through a full suite of products and services
• Building outstanding client rapport to achieve high levels of protection conversion and generating positive reviews and securing future business
• You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value quality service
• You will be provided with leads from varied sources but will also be obtaining referrals and maximising new business opportunities
• You will have access to whole of market mortgage advice and will be responsible for cases from start to finish with the support of an administration team
• You will benefit from varied and flexible working options but ideally will spend at least one day per week in the office

This opportunity will suit a pro-active Mortgage adviser who is able to build lasting relationships based on trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently.
