Mortgage Processor

Salary will depend on experience:

  • Banding A: £25k + 2% monthly bonus
  • Band B: £27.5k + 1% monthly bonus

Location: Nantwich Based Office, Hybrid working once signed off (1 or 2 days from home)

Hours: Working Hours: 08:45 - 17:15 Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunchbreak.

We are on the hunt for a Mortgage Processor. You will be working in a close team environment which is friendly & supportive.

Ideally you will have experience in Mortgages, secured loans or basic knowledge of the financial sector. You must however have excellent organisation skills while being able to manage their own caseloads.

About the role

  • You will be dealing with a pipeline of up to 30 cases.
  • You must be confident liaising with clients & lenders to ensure the deal progresses to completion.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post.
  • Create and maintain filing systems / client files.
  • Arrange meetings / book appointments.
  • Update and maintain the firm’s records / registers, as required.
