Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a leading mortgage provider in the UK, in their search for an experienced Mortgage Operations Director!

They are looking for someone to lead and enhance their mortgage operations. They prioritise innovation, customer satisfaction, and excellence to meet the diverse needs of their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's goals.
  • Manage a team of employed brokers achieve and set goals toward the targets.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure the company's operations adhere to all relevant compliance standards.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for mortgage operations.
  • Oversee relationships with associated introducers and service providers, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of mortgage operations.

The ideal candidate must have an extensive experience of at least 8 years within mortgage operations or the mortgage industry. They must also have an in-depth knowledge of UK Mortgage industry regulations and compliance. A proven track record of successful process improvements and strategic planning is also essential.
