Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on their application status.
  • Collaborate closely with advisers to gather necessary information for new applications.
  • Handle frontline inquiries from customers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of applications.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Possess an excellent telephone manner and adept at building relationships.
  • Experience working towards targets.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments.

Benefits:

  • Enjoy a starting salary of £22,500 per annum, rising to £25,000 per annum on completion of probation.
